A: Yes, we warehouse over 25 unique, unprinted stock tins in both Chicago and Los Angeles. This readily available line is expanding at all times so let us know how we can help you.Q: Can you print tins? Emboss?
A: Absolutely. Not only is our factory a top of the line manufacturer, they also excel at embossing and metal lithography. All this is handled under one roof which allows us to offer transparency while controlling costs, timing and quality.Q: Can you create custom tins? Are there tooling charges?
A: We specialize in custom tins and sometimes tooling charges do occur. Generally, on projects over 25,000 pieces these tooling charges are waived.Q: What are your minimums?
A: We do not have set minimums but your first price break generally occurs around 5,000 or 10,000 pieces depending on exact specifications.Q: What are your lead times?
A: Generally our lead times range from 8-12 weeks depending on the variables of each project. This lead time encompasses everything from the artwork and tooling approval process to production to final delivery.Q: Do I have to arrange my own shipping?
A: No. Most of our clients prefer for us to handle delivery from the time our tins ship from China until final delivery to their door.Q: What type of materials do you work with?
A: We specialize in working with prime tinplate. We also work with other materials including, but not limited to, aluminum and plastic.Q: What is your approval process?
A: We have a minimum of 3 levels of approval for each project. Depending on your project, we will be happy to customize the process to fit your needs.Q: I need transparency with the factory, is this possible?
